This past week I have not been eating on plan and just eating things I shouldn't. I have felt like crap and have paid for it all week too. I am done with that, saw the light, and came back to Jesus. Yesterday's grocery run was dedicated to getting back on track.

Anyone else ever have an issue like that?  I also lost 5 pounds on top of all that and did my shopping and walked with the cart around Kroger. I have not done that in years.

Um, just about a million times! Having the sleeve has really helped me tighten my behavior but I know that some of the uglies are just under the surface and could easily rise again.

So, consider it practice getting back on track.  That is a skill I am hoping to develop myself.

Good job at cutting it off at 1 week and congratulations on gaining back mobility!  That is motivation in itself!

Hi CH! Yes, I have days where I'm not as careful as I should be and have to get back on plan. Consistency with the plan is good, but as long as you keep getting back on that horse, you'll be fine.

I take it you're feeling a bit better since your last post? Since you walked and shopped today, it sounds like things are improving for you. I hope so.
