I'm feeling a bit hungry today, so I've already had a snack!  My weight was down a bit this week, so I may be under-eating.  I haven't had my piece of birthday cake yet.  I was too stuffed with my main course on the birthday, and I've been saving it as something to look forward to.  Maybe this weekend!  Ah, the games we play with ourselves to stay on track!

Breakfast - salmon

Snack - broccoli slaw

Lunch - meatballs with parmesan cheese

Dinner - buffalo chicken with wheat thins

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - recumbent bike - my fit bit is motivating me to get going on this again.

I may be able to do a little exercise at night after the kids are in bed, but honestly, I'm usually so worn out by then that I can't muster the energy. I already get up at 5 and I don't sit down except at a computer for work or to drive until about 8. Sometimes not even then. I try to be in bed by 9. I'm hoping that if we get a bow flex that perhaps my husband will be motivated and we can do something together in the evenings before bed. If he is motivated I will be too.

It's a whole grain hot cereal like oatmeal. I add a few tablespoons of it, cold, to my shake.
