1: frankenshake+1/8c Ralstons (I'm trying out adding cooked/cooled hot cereal to my shake to see how it impacts my satiety.)
2: don't know - eating out at a new place with N.  I have some ideas, but I won't decide until I get there. -- http://fuegos.webscosity.com
3: leftover night - again, don't know.  Depends on what's in the fridge.  This is not a very informative meal plan...

I got a fit bit last week, and its helped me get going on my exercise again.  Its  fun to track.  I also made some great recipes for the week including Mongolian meatballs that are made with cabbage and carrots and cooked in a spicy sauce -  good for the diet and taste buds.  I also made stuffed green peppers and buffalo chicken.  I love my new health and my sleeve.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch -  finish off that pesto chicken from last week

dinner - finish off the mustard crusted flank steak from last week

I can't wait to try the new dishes!

vitamins -on track

water - good

exercise - back on track - yea!

Maintenance is hard work... last week I vowed to lose 2-3 lbs that i've regained (still under goal weight) but it sure is hard to cut back after you get used to eating more.  I want to get back to well under goal weight in light of the upcoming holidays...Last year I couldn't tolerate any sugar, but apparently my stomach has matured and now I can...not a good thing!

Me too! I can eat anything I want. I remind myself that my sleeve is to restrict the amount not the kind of food, that is up to me. I've been struggling with that recently. I just need to remind myself that I don't ever want to be fat again. And, I want to have a baby, so I want to be under my goal weight before I get pregnant.

I have seen several people say they are having a  frankenshake for a meal.  What is that?  I have read about the crack slaw I have seen a lot of people talk about and I think that will be a staple in my life...that looks delicious!  Now I need to know about frakenshake :)

TIA!

I'm the only one who says frankenshake.  It's just my name for my daily shake concoction.
