There's nothing like a nice steak.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I haven't tried steak yet but since I haven't found anything that I can't tolerate, I think I'll give it a try this weekend.  I love steak!  Oh....but I love it with A1 Sauce....will have to look at the nutritional value of that stuff.

Eggs with bacon. 

Burger with pickles, and mayo (skip the bun) 

Egg drop soup (homemade, no flour) 

Filet mignon with a few bites of grilled veggies.

Grilled shrimps +few bites of veggies

HB Eggs with a side of cucumber and avocado..
