Good morning! I'm so thankful it is almost Friday! What a stressful week this has been after my relaxing vacation. I've lost one of the three pounds I gained in Vegas!

B: yogurt and granola, and then I had part of a dark chocolate pecan turtle.

L: Mexican hopefully 

D: lasagna. My lasagna is mostly meat and cheese so I just go ahead and eat the couple noodles.

W & V: on track

E: not sure

Hi, I have several meetings today starting early this morning, so my first meal was at noon, not really breakfast

First meal - salad with ranch dressing, some chicken and salami - not great for protein

Second meal - crustless cheeseburger quiche

Dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins - rewarding myself for doing so well sticking to the program!

vitamins - on track

water - overloaded with coffee!

exercise - not much time, but lots of running around!

Overdid the walking the other day, so now I'm paying the price for trying to exercise when I still have a cold.

B: Protein coffee

L: 4 pieces Hawaiian sushi roll

D: Chicken, sauteed vegs

S: Black coffee and gummy vitamins

L: Veggie burger patty with couple bites of salad

S: HB egg if I need it.

E: Only had a bit of time but ran into Plabet Fitness to do my C25K workout on the treadmill.  Very proud of the extra effort I'm making to work exercise in to this crazy life!

Eggs and kielbasa sounds yummy! I usually eat leftover meat in my eggs. This morning it was leftover pork chops with a green chile and some cheese.

Busy house building day - light fixtures going up and now it looks like a house.  Hoping to be finished in 4 or so weeks.
