Wow that scale was super nice to me this morning.  I'm hoping it keeps in that direction :)  I've been doing well getting back on track!

B - chike

L - meeting a friend at corner bakery - not sure

S - yogurt - fancy greek yogurt shop.  I haven't been in ages

D - pork loin w/ veggies

S - latte

S - protein shake (post hockey) & cottage cheese late night if needed

E - hockey & maybe a run

 

What's on your plan for the day?

Hi all,

 

B-yogurt with 1/4 peach
s-protein drink
l-chili
s-raw veggies - I love the crunch.  
d-baked chicken (breaded with some sauce on it) - I used to fry my chicken parm, but not anymore in my house :)..

s-bran cerial.

e/v/w - all on track and feeling really good today - hoping to get tomorrow off from work to get ahead on the weekend.  :)

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

I'm so glad you are back.

 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - cheeseburger pie - yum

Snack - broccoli slaw

Dinner - Orange balsamic chicken

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - walking

VSG on 04/12/16 with

B - attempted turkey sausage...probably a huge stretch to call that a soft food, and rightly so it did not work for me.  I took one bite and tossed it away and had a Chocolate Premier with a dash of cinnamon instead

L - 2 oz Ricotta Bake

S - 2 oz cottage cheese

D -  We are going out to eat for dinner - I've been studying the menu. May just get soup, depending on what it is, or hummus, but they have a duck confit pizza that I'm considering order and only eating the topping of. 

S - 2 oz refried beans and cheese

V: not until Week 5

E: will walk for 1 hour today

W: A little behind on this.
