Good for you for turning down the beer!!! It amazes me how they are now turning 5K races into a food and alcohol race. I had a co-worker that actually participated in a Krispy Kreme 5K where they had to eat a dozen during the actual race. Someone actually had a massive heart attack and died during the race...CRAZY!!!

I did pretty well over the weekend.  For mother's day I upgraded my walking shoes.  We went for a little walk as a family, but I got my own exercise walk in earlier in the day.  We went out for lunch at a seafood place and I ordered a prawns appetizer that had a little tomato and avocado salad on the side.  It was really perfect...a small portion that I still wasn't able to finish. I ate 4 prawns and about 1/3 of the salad.

B - 2 oz cottage cheese

L - tuna packet with dill relish

S - chocolate premier

D - refried beans with cheese

S - 2 oz plain yogurt
