Hi all, my routine has been crazy the past few weeks and haven't had much time to be on the boards.  Things should slow down now and my schedule back to normal.  Looking forward to the encouragement and accountability of the group.  I had my two month post-op checkup today and all is coming along swimmingly.  She suggested doubling up on my nighttime vitamins since I almost always forget to take my midday dose. I also have a goal to increase my water intake.

B -  Strawberry Greek Yogurt

L - Bunless cheeseburger with 1 T reduced sugar ketchup

S - Premier Protein Chocolate Shake poured over a double shot of espresso

D - turkey and cheese roll-ups

S- sugar free popsicles. I'm addicted these days.

 

W: Need more.

E: Walked for 55 min this morning

V: On track

B - chia seeds soaked in cashew milk with a slice of apple

S - Chike protein shake with cashew milk

l - crustless quiche

s-apple slices with 2tbs pb

d - whatever is on the dinner calendar - I forget.

s - 1/4 frozen blueberries with milk

 

w:  good - I'm at 50oz

E:  walk 1 hour.  want to get on the elipitical tonight for 10 minutes

v: started using patch multivit

M1 -22.2 M2 - 14.2 M3 -8.9 M4 - 12.1 M5 - 4.7

8/22/2016 Lost 60.1 since surgery.  Lost 78.2 overall.

Goals:  1)Get under 300 - done!  Yeah!  2) Get under 280 (Yeah met this on 8/10/16) 3)Get under 268 (stay tuned!)

B:  oatmeal with sliced almonds/walnuts, iced coffee

S:  smartfood 

L:  leftover Mala chicken - basically chicken with veg in a spicy sauce :D

D  1/3 porkchop grilled with sauted pea shoots and spinach (joined a CSA, very exciting!!!)

S:   a few bites of my husband's pie w/ice cream 

E:  11,000+ steps

V:  yes

L:  good!
