Thanks for sharing the pictures.  Great success working that sleeve!

In terms of getting back on track, I suspect you know the answer.  Give up carbs, stop grazing, Eat 3 meals per day, dense protein first, and then fill up on healthy veggies.  Weigh, measure and log your foods.  etc.

I am terrified of weight gain, so I go back to weight loss mode whenever I'm up 5 pounds.  (So I'm doing this several times a year)  Its working for me,

You can do this.  You've got the tool and the will.

I had a very substantial regain around 3-4 years out. Since December, I've lost almost 70 lbs. it was fairly easy for me with my sleeve and some major life changes. I'm happy to chat if you want to PM me.
