This weekend Mom decided she wanted to go to church - so we went. I found that for the first time in YEARS I could actually kneel during mass! I felt so normal :)

NSVs are awesome. Keep sharing. People need to hear them. We love to see pictures of before and during and afters. But to hear great things happening does help.

I know exactly how you feel! I hated kneeling when I went to mass. I'd sit on the edge of the pew and scrunch down. Honestly, I still don't love the kneeling, but at least I fit!

I considered it my exercise for the day - Up, down, sit, stand, kneel, stand, sit! I had mastered pew edge sitting over the years :)
