Major NSVs. I feel like I am 20 years younger
Yesterday was my daughter's last soccer practice for the season (she is 7). They did a parent/child scrimmage. She really wanted me to play so I did. I would NEVER have done that before. The look on her face was priceless. She was so happy I was out there with her. I ran around, had a blast, never got winded. Afterward, she wanted me to carry her so I did. I couldn't help but think I used to carry MORE than her around every day in my excess weight! She couldn't wait to tell the older two when we got home that Mom played soccer with her! Truly an amazing NSV that I will never forget.
In addition to this, I'm wearing a size small shirt today. I have never in my life worn a size small shirt...When I saw my NUT last week she told me that where I am now is where they hope most of their patients end up when they are done losing and I haven't even hit the 6-month mark yet.
This by far has been the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family
