I think jus****ched your YouTube video! You look great  and don't stress about the thirty pounds. You honestly don't look like you are 230 pounds and thats not a lot in a guy!

What makes you think your sleeve stretched?  What diet are you following?  What is your carbs/protein/fat ratio?

I think you look good, but it's you that needs to be happy.

On the night snacking.  I went through a period of that, too, and it is so destructive.  It's habit, not necessity and once it gets in your head, it really is hard to relax and go to sleep.  Have you tried melatonin?  A hot bath, a thorough teeth brush, a rinse with something nasty and strong like Listerine and straight to bed?

It's my opinion that the only way to break this hard habit is to power through it.  You may not sleep well for a few days but your body will readjust!

Have you tried getting one of those Dexa scan tests? It might give you a better idea of where you're really at & not so dependent on the bmi charts or surgeons recommendations. Of course it's really up to you where you want to be.

You might either have to cut back, change up your ratio numbers, up/change your exercise routine, or a combo of everything. I say log & look back at what you're doing now & change a couple of things at a time & see where you're at & move forward from there.

Just remember things take time, it might be awhile to get to your goal, but you can get there.

Good Luck to you.

Oh just wanted to add, you're really brave, I know I couldn't post my ass out there for the world to see. lol

I'm assuming you had skin reduction surgery? What was your original weight and the weight you had your skin done?  I ask for my own knowledge and also because my general thought is that when you have your skin surgery done that your pretty darn close to being at your goal.  In March I'll be at my 1 year make and the doctor mentioned that if I was at my own goal that he'd refer me to his skin guy to take a look at my options.  I'm looking at your cuts and thinking... lord how long does that take to feel better?  If you could talk more about that, I'd love to hear your experience.

BTW I think you look perfectly fine to be honest.  You look toned up and not flabby or like a fat person at all.  I bet with your clothes on you look like a fit guy who loves the gym.

I know I will snack at night and when I plan my meals, the snacks are included.  I am smaller than you and maintain on 1400 calories a day.  I break that down to three meals of about 300 calories and two or three snacks of about 150-200 calories each.

One of my favorite snacks now is Quest chips at 130 calories per bag.

I used to believe that I had to quit eating at 6:00 PM and fast until morning.  Breakfast means break fast.

I found out my body does better without the long fast.

I've seen people, mainly women, post way more provocative pictures on here.  Lingerie Friday, anyone?  I don't see anything wrong with these, to be honest, but then I have no hangups about the human body.

there is one thing to be proud  another is over sharing - fishing for compliments from strangers on internet..

plus I am not sure he realized that pictures like that are for all world to see...now and forever.  Is he does and he is OK with it... kudos to him...

I get what you are saying Hala.  Kudos for pointing out the public nature of this forum.

OP, I do think you should have "pictures NSFW" in your title, just as a courtesy to those who would be offended.   I'm more offended you spelled "stretched" as "streched ", but then I'm more English in culture than American lol
