Hello! I have a question. I'm regulary taking 1 spoonful of omega3 oil every day. I'm having my VSG in december but was thinking if I can still take it or have to leave this out of my menu?

I'm pretty sure fish oils and the like have blood thinning properties, and most surgeons will say stop 2-4 weeks befor surgery. Definitely run it by your surgical team.

The question is, do you want to spend ~120 of your limited daily calories on this?

As Gwen mentioned, you'll need to count the calories of the oil toward your daily calorie limit. For the majority of the post-op loss period, you'll be working with 600 - 800 calories and need to fit at least 60g protein into that limit. So it's best to minimize the calories from your supplements.

Have you considered a pill, rather than raw oil? Pills like these are only 20 cal per serving. You can also get omega 3 in patch form, which has no calories.
