Can someone help me?

So, had the sleeve procedure done 12/7, came back to work last Monday. Weighted myself last Monday, and had lost another 12 lbs since my surgery date. Today, I weighed myself and weigh the EXACT same thing as last Monday. The only difference I've noticed is that I'm not getting in all of my snacks. Even before I came back to work, I had to set an alarm so that I would remember to eat, or drink protein drinks. What can I do, any help would be appreciated.

Search this site for three-week stall. It is fairly common.

I fight badgers with spoons.

It has been explained to me that such plateaus are common and then the best way to deal with them is to focus on consistency in your consumption of food and protein drinks. It will pass, you just have to be consistent.

The same thing happened to me. 3 week stall. Just continue to follow your plan the weight will come off.

I was sleeved on 9/29 and also had the same stall. You are not alone. Just keep on track and it will break. Mine lasted a bit longer than most so don't despair. You could also measure as you might be losing inches, but not pounds. Hang in there and welcome to the losers bench!

I had a stall too. Pretty frustrating when you're not eating even eating a thousand calories. Make sure you are getting your protein and fluids, and download an app like my fitness pal to count your calories, carbs , and protein. If you are consistent with everything you'll lose the weight.
