Love it! I have a friend who is a diehard Olympics fan. She gets into every sport obscure or not and cheers like a madwoman. Don't bother calling her during the Olympics weeks. Makes me laugh, she gets so much out of it!

Good morning everyone! I won the Booby prize at Bunko last night, which means I had the worst score of the evening:-)!!!

QOTD-I never miss the opening ceremonies. Seeing our world come together peacefully for a brief moment in time usually makes me tear up. I watch figure skating and ski jumping if I am home to see it.

Struggling to decide if I want to work out after work today. I know it would be good, but I got a hair cut/blow-out yesterday evening, and I don't want to get all sweaty...Maybe I'll just so a long walk instead...

QOTD: I'd like to catch the figure skating, but I'm not a big T.V. person, so I don't know if I'll really end up watching it at all.

And then the fail. - 1 square of a Hello Dolly.

Upside is i'm at 32oz of water and tracked all of it so i know i'm off track and the sugar made me ill so that's not happening agan.

I eat 5-6 very small meals (about 200-300 calories a meal, eating approximately very 3 hours). I'm in maintenance, but I did eat that frequently even during weight loss (just smaller amounts).

My plan is strict about three meals, no snacks. And I keep my meals in the 3-5 ounce range even almost 4 years post-op.

You really should be easily able to get a minimum of 64 ounces of liquids in at this point!
