Late post today, was busy this morning. Of course it's ok, Acedding! Matter of fact it is appreciated.

QOTD: I do not currently volunteer, but I will get back to it once I'm a bit smaller. I love the humane society, teaching adults to read and tutoring adults to get their GED. I'm not a children person and there are so many others that volunteer for those causes. I've also done a senior angel tree during the holidays.

Meal 1: Coffee, PP protein shake

Meal 2: LO turkey/beef burger

Meal 3: Fage 0% with PB Powder and half slice of swiss

Meal 4: Sous vide ribs finished in the oven, Mexican street corn on the cob and cole slaw for the family (I will have a smidge) (Again this was postponed)

Snack: 2 cups of tea with stevia. Protein drink if needed.

Water and Vits: On track

QOTD: Do you volunteer? Where? If not, what causes and charities are you passionate about? I volunteer as a counselor on the Crisis Text Line

741741 is the number and here's the link https://www.crisistextline.org/ It is not just for us mental health professionals *****tire. It has a wonderful on-going training, and lots of supports for the counselor as we try to de escalate the person in crisis. I'm also part of the RCIA team at my church, and use some of my other life skills to help people who need research.

Food? Lord, that was yesterday.

B - 2 pieces crisp, drained Canadian bacon; 1/4 homemade waffle

L - deli tuna slices rolled in low moisture provolone

S - Premier protein shake, 3.5 C of skinny pop

D - 1/2 93% lean hamburger patty

I'm in the midst of crocheting the 2nd of 5 large afghans that are part of Christmas for the "kids". 12 skeins each, so they are quite large and heavy. And I think I need to hustle a bit -- they are taking longer than I thought.
