this is my spoon after 6 bites I'm full and I'm 16 months out what do you guys think?

Wow. The bites you took out of that spoon are really straight. Your folks must have spent a ton on braces when you were a kid.

6'3" tall, male.

It's hard to tell how big that spoon actually is or how much you actually put on the spoon. It looks like a giant spoon to me. Even with a smaller spoon I can pile a bunch on top of a spoon. Are you weighing or measuring your portions?

If you think you are eating very little, be thankful. I can eat a huge amount of food which makes it tough to maintain my loss.

Not sure what to think because 6 bites doesn't tell me much.

6 bites of what (slider food or dense protein). It makes a difference.

Also, how big is the spoon?

You may get better answers giving specific amounts and exactly what the food is. I can eat a large portion of slider, carby foods but not much dense proteins.
