Any recommendations on Clear Liquid Protein drinks for my 1st week post-op? The list my WLS center gave me includes Isopure, Health Wise, Atkins Lift, Premier Clear, and Unjury (powder).

I'm not a huge fan of flavored waters, so I'm concerned on finding a clear liquid protein drink I will like.

The clear liquid protein has a fairly strong taste to it, more on the level of Crystal Light than flavored water.

I used the Syntrax Nectar in fruit flavors. You can order some sample packs online so that you'll have lots of flavors to try, rather than dropping $50 on a large tub of something you end up not liking. I'd definitely suggest checking that out.

Syntax is very good quality, and tastes good. The Isopure powders are good too. The premixed Isopure bottles have a great ratio of protein to calories. But they taste like absolute, total, ass.

I loved Protein2o water! It comes in different flavors but if you have a Sam's Club close to you or you can buy online. It's 15 grams of protein and is not overly sweet.

I really like the Premier Protein Clears. So far those have been the most enjoyable. Ive tried the EnSure clears but the amount of copper in it concerns me a little.
