Sickly sweet smell

Ok so I have gone up to 165 from 143.  But over the last month I have began to smell this terrible sweet stinky dieing oder off and on.  It started with something that I thought was a dead mouse in the oven but was dog food he was hording in the burner.  I smell it when I sit on the couch or sometimes at random times.  I did or still do have low blood sugar though I don't keep up with it anymore.  I haven't had my blood checked in a few years....I know I'm bad....any ideas?

How many carbs are you eating? If you are low carb kinda girl it could be coming from ketosis.  Sometimes your body releases them into your lungs and you breathe them out.
