I am 3.5 years post RNY.

Doing well, thanks. :)

I remember very soon post op reading an interesting argument within the OH forums about a case for eating food quickly (like the meal done within 10 mins). It was totally upside down from the convention, but in my brain it had a lot of sense to it.

I have >50 years experience in eating and what to do/what not to do. I have read it/done it. That is not why I am here. ;)

Anyone know where it could be? Or a website where I can find it.

TIA! ((hugs))

mmm. I've never heard that..or if I did, I didn't pay attention.

I can only eat fast if I have the whole thing pre-measured cuz I used to eat fast before surgery and it got me in trouble all the time..too full too quick (before I knew I was full)..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
