Monday Accountability

 Tired!  The day went well, got a lot done at work, came home and did a little more cooking to continue to build my meal reserves.  I feel like I am on some version of Weight Loss Surgery Preppers or something.

Here is my food for today:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 6 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup white chicken chili with hominy, corn, fire roasted tomato, nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: 2 slice protein bread, 3 slices hame, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar

Cals: 1646, fat: 56, carbs: 133, protein: 129.5

Ahh time for sleep.  I am ready.  Type at you tomorrow...
