 Hello.  I missed yesterday so I am going to include it in here.  I came home yesterday and crashed out.  I usually go to sleep around 11pm and last night I was out around 9pm.  I needed it.

Here is todays food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar, 1 slice protein bread
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 4oz beef fajita meat, 1.5 tbsp sunflower seeds, 1/3 cup cheese, 1.5 tbsp ranch dressing, mixed greens, 1/4cup broccoli salad
32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: Starbucks reduced fat turkey bacon, cheese, egg white sandwich on whole wheat english muffin
S: 1 slice protein bread

cals: 1672, fat: 63.5, carbs: 103.5, protein: 114.75

Here is yesterday's food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 6 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
Iced centi sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup white chicken chili, 1/2 nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 3 slices protein bread, 10 soy crisps, 2 slices ham, 1 slice havarti, 3 tbsp garlic paste
S: 1oz pumpkin seeds

cals: 1752, fat: 65.5, carbs: 128, protein: 121
