You made your own oat flour??  Dang Dawn!!!  And your numbers rock!  Today I did not have a Starbucks.  I felt like I had no energy, but made it through the day.  I had a small cup of coffee from the office pot, but no Iced venti latte.  Wow.  First time in over a year...And I think I am not going to have one tomorrow either...

32oz water
S: Atkins chocolate/peanut butter protein bar
D: Flatout flatbrea, 1/2 cup taco seasoned ground turkey meat/fat free re-fried beans/sauteed onions, 1/3 cup cheese

LOL..I had some oatmeal left from when I was eating oatmeal each morning..not so much anymore cuz I can't take the high carb thing anymore..so I took the uncooked oats and put them in my spice grinder (repurposed coffee grinder)..a 1/2 cup at a time..I was bored on vacation and wanted to bake something and opened that canister by accident...hmmm. I figured oatmeal raisin cookies, maybe oatmeal peanut butter cookies, oatmeal banana peanut butter cookies (you know, using up the stuff I have a ton of just hanging around..)

Your numbers are pretty darn spiffy too,there..NICE WORK..See ya Friday.

Welcome Sis'ta!  It is really helpful for me to come here and account for my food.  I also track it in writing.  I like to plan my meals in advance and try to stay within 1600-1800 calories.  Sometimes I fail but coming here and accounting for what I did helps me get back on track.  Glad you decided to join us!
