Looks like we're gonna have even more visitors in November! The daughter in Seattle area is moving to Texas and coming through..You have no idea how this stresses me. We've had a rocky relationship for the last 25 years..I may have to put myself on the prayer list at church for help..only He can help! Maybe it won't be that bad. I've been known to be wrong before. My day was alright..alittle short on the calories so I ate a bunch of french fries. not the best choice but it was what I had.

My eats today:

 

  5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  
6:00 am 1/4 waffle, 1 medium pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds  
6:30 am double espresso latte  
7:00 am 24 oz plain water with no ice!  
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese wrapped with 1 service smoked turkey deli meat  
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated  
10:30 am 24 oz drink mix with the left over ice, caffeinated  
11:45 am pork chops from the other night..I figure about 4 oz.  
1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated  
3:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated  
3:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg  
4:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated  
5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated  
6:30 pm 1/3 lb burger patty, processed cheese food, tomato, onion on a sandwich thin  
totals for the day:
Calories: 1339
Fat: 72.5
Carbs: 82.5
Protein 98.6

Not as bad as I thought..It's bedtime so I'm out!

 Yay it's Friday.  Your numbers look good!  When your daughter gets there breathe and if you have to get out of the house, the space she is in, whatever and pray.  This is what I am going to do with my husband.  We just can't take their stuff on.  It's not worth our serenity.

Here is my food from yesterday:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
8 oz coffee w/non-dairy creamer
L: 1 cup 2% cottage cheese, approx. 28 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
32oz water and pm vitamins
S: Atkins protein bar
Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 2/3 steak quesadilla on whole wheat tortilla
S: 2.25oz pumpkin seeds

cals: 1804, fat: 93.5, carbs: 94, protein: 120

I am incredibly grateful that it is finally cooling off, that it is Friday and for the upcoming weekend.  I am also looking forward to my vacation that is coming up in less than 2 weeks.  I am a happy woman right now.  Type at you later :)
