Accountability Wednesday

 The weekend is coming!  I am so looking forward to the weekend and am so loving the cold weather.  I have packed away all mysummer clothes and am into my cords and sweaters.  I find now since surgery that I can't seem to get warm and myfeet stay frozen through most of the day, but I will trade that for the constant sweating and red faced overheating.

Here is Wednesday's food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
Coffee w/sugar free non-dairy creamer
L: Chicken thigh/leg w/roasted onions/carrots/mushrooms
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: Red Robin turkey burger on whole wheat bun, 5-6 sweet potato fries dipped in ranch dressing
1/2 iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
S: 2.25oz pumpkin seeds, 1 slice protein bread, 1 tbsp almond butter

cals: 1849, fat: 103.5, carbs: 93, protein: 125

I'm not sure if I was physically hungry or head hungry last night.  I just ate.  I know when I went to Red Robin I felt ravenous, but I can't really say the same about later that night when I ate the slice of protein bread and almond butter which probably means I wasn't...  Well, today is another day.
