ahhhh nervous, new, surgery coming up soon

Hi as my subject says I am new to this site but it has been highly recommended to me!  I have read a lot of posts and they have been super helpful so far.  My surgery date is 9.20 and I am so nervous.  It suddenly hit me yesterday that I have just a hair over two weeks before a new me begins.  I am not sure if I am more scared about the surgery or after surgery.  Of course I am nervous about something going wrong, I think that is normal.  I have had surgery before but nothing this serious.  I did decide to write up a couple lists for "just in case".  Has anyone else been this panicky?????  I'm sure you all have...I am also so excited to start dropping pounds and becoming a healthier me.  I want to live long!!!!
