You have to get back to the basics. Only 800 calories a day. Keep your carbs to only 20 grams a day. 80-100 grams of protein a day. Protein first then vegetables. Cut out all the bad stuff (junk food, rice, pasta, bread). So almost like Atkins. Get your water in. At least 8 glasses a day. If you're drinking soda or juice cut all of that out. It will be really hard that 1st week because of the "crab monster" but once you get over the cravings it will be easier. Also log everything you eat on My Fitness Pal that way you know how many calories you are taking in.
