My day was a lot of walking for a work day, then time in the gym.
Walked 50 minutes to work around the lake
Walked 35 minutes at lunchtime
Walked 50 minutes home around the lake
Total of 25,500 steps when the pedometer gave out.
After that 8 minutes on the Eliptical, Weight Machines and 125 crunches.
