Hello to all of my Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!

Writing everything down has helped me so much!!! I would really like to see some more posters.  Seeing what is working for others helps the rest of us put some variety in our meals.

Good Morning Roz ! Vitamins and Shake are in. Ate too many Graham crackers last night so am a bit bound up. Yesterday had my neurostimulator looked at and thank the Lord it only needed reprogramed. It's now working perfectly! Have an appointment at the senior center....yes I said it!....to go over the use of the pool and exercise equipment. Didn't get back to m&m for yesterday and can't remember what junk I ate..spaghetti,crackers,cashews,shake, that's all I remember oh and salad and meatloaf for lunch too. My mind is going I must have CRS....well catch ya later......

Hey guys, did a work out at the "center" for about an hour. Had sketti before I left...just a bit.....ate 6 pizza flavored snacks when I got home...didn't sit well....went for tea at McD with friends and also ate a cherry pie and half a cookie ....didn't sit well....I am not feeling well now and I'm not sure it's the food or something else. I really don't feel like eating anything but still need to get in a shake. Wife said she also doesn't feel well so.......see ya in a bit

I'm glad you check up turned out good.  I would think graham crackers would do just the opposite.  That's one thing I really miss.  In fact 5 minutes before I read your post I made myself a hot cup of tea and was wishing I had graham crackers to dip in it.  I can't stop at one so I can't bring those back into my menus.

Hello!  Today is my Friday...well, working from home tomorrow and then leaving for Maine tomorrow evening to hang at a lake all weekend!  Can't wait the weather is supposed to be PERFECT!

That sounds like a lot of fun!  We haven't been to the lake since Memorial weekend.  I'm going to have to talk to my DH about that.

Hi Roz, Hi all.  Thought I would stop by for a visit, but have been tracking on Fitday everyday...it sure helps.

Still slow at work, but had a talk with my boss, hopefully she is going to cross train me for some other work so I will have more to do here.  Our section is moving off campus within the next month and I will no longer have a private office, (ugh) hope it doesn't interfer with me getting on OH!!!

I guess you might say cross-training is what I've been doing too.  I hate not having enough work and being bored.  My boss is happy someone's willing to take on more jobs in other departments.  It has actually helped me alot learning how everything gets figured out before it hits my desk.

I'm glad you are still posting on fitday, it really does help and it gets us thinking about healthy foods. Great variety today!
