I think they are delicious as does DH. Now I have to make a double batch so I will get one or two, lol.

1 c peanut butter
1 cup splenda granular  ( I use Whey-Low)
I egg or 1/4 c egg sub.
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all and drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten in a criss cross pattern with a fork dipped in splenda. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 min. dont overbake! best when still a bit soft. Cool a few on the baking sheet then transfer to wire rack.

Per cookie using egg sub
cal  97  protein 4Fat 8
Net carb 2
Sugar 1
Sodium 81

Per cookie using egg:
Cals 102
Fat 9
Net carb 2
Sugar 1
Sodium 86

For those days when you need a cookie but more than one is asking for trouble:

For 1 cookie:
1 tbsp pnutbutter
1 tbsp splenda granular1/4 egg or 1 tsp egg sub
1 drop vanilla ext.
Proceed .

Congrats on the Scales!!  Glad to read that you are exercising!  I am not a swimmer but they say water aerobics is really good exercise without stressing your body.   Enjoy!

Good Variety!  What kind of totals are you reaching

Proteins?  I'm only averaging 75-85 which is in the range my program recommends.  Seems like everyone who is successful goes for 100g. That's why i added protein coffee and now I'm trying to save enough calories for a protein shake at night.  Last night that put me at 100g so that's good!  As for the water aerobics, you don't really swim at all, it's all more just aerobic moves against the pull of the water.

Of course in Florida water aerobics outside often gets cancelled because of thunderstorms.  We're having a nasty run of them now (we need the rain so I'm not complaining) so I hope tomorrow's class doesn't get cancelled.

Calories...carbs...Protein totals?  I am not fond of the water even to stand in it and do exercises.  Maybe if I was in FL and looking at Palm trees I'd be able to do it....LOL

When we went to Disney last spring we went to a water park and my family couldn't believe I got in the water and floated in an inter-tube.  I've already been looking for a bathing suit for when we go next month and they think it's hysterical.  We have a pool and I never even sit on the deck.
