One more down, where to now?

This morning when I stepped on the scale it said 130 for the first time. 130 was my surgeon's goal for me. I really remember early on thinking there was no way that was going to happen. My goal was 140, knowing that I had been in the 135 range for a good while and figuring that I would have at least 5 lbs of loose skin hanging around. Now I am at 130. A normal BMI, 124, seemed so very far away and so impossible before. Now it is right around the corner, just a few weeks away. Now I wonder where I really will stop. Ribs and hipbones are pretty close to the surface. Neck, collarbone area and chest are there. Yeah, I still have fat and my last body fat % was 34% from Curves but who knows how accurate their little machine thing is.
So, as I have said in the past, I wil keep on keeping on. Let's see where this journey ends and the next one (maintainance) begins.

Rock on, Price! Go as low as you can, babeee. The bounce back will bring you back to your comfort zone and redistribution will cover those pesky bones over the next year or so. Hang tough!

Congratulations, Price!!!! You have done such a wonderful job at working your tool and developing good habits. You are an inspiration to us all!!!

My surgeon's goal was 130 for me, but my personal goal was 120, because it would put me in a normal BMI and I had been at that weight for about 4 months 18 years ago. My PCP wanted me to try to get down to 110. I really didn't know, if I could do that. I just kept doing what I was doing, and lo and behold, the weight came off, slowly, but it came off. The past month, I have been between 108 and 110. This AM, I was 108.9. My calories are up to 1200-1400/day and I have been in maintenance for the past month.
