i started the C25K last october and love it!!  the 2nd week was the hardest for me!  if i hadn't had a friend do it with me i'd have quit that week!  but i'm so glad i stuck with it.  i've always been a walker....did the 60 mile breast cancer walk at 200+ pounds.....but when i started running, the weight came off a lot differently.  my hubby says my legs have never been this small!  i can't say that i love running but i can say that i love the way i feel after i run!  and my dr has told me for many years that running and walking is the very best thing you can do for stress and i've found that to be so true!

it's an awesome program!

Wish we were closer, I have been wanting to start, but not alone. Seems like a great idea.

The only reason I am a runner now is because of that program. I tried to run many times in the past and couldn't do it. But that program is doable.

I haven't done it, but would love to at some point.

I have a couple friends on facebook doing it and they seem to love it.

It is the best thing. So easy to download from ITunes for free in the podcast area.
I never had any pain with the running, no feeling like I was dying, when I thought I needed an extra run at a level I didn't feel like I loser, I felt I was being good to my body.
I'm moved up to the 10k training right after. It's great!

make SURE ya  double - bag  them brand -new  beautiful boobies though lol !!

seriously  ..nothing like  a painful bounce to ruin Ur running experience ......   take it from me ( the very   reluctant owner of natural  Cs .... )   U need the  HEAVIEST   bra for the  highest  impact exercise possible....  then  U need to wear TWO  to run.

The second one can be CUTE (  thank God for small favors )  LOL .

dont worry  about the double strapping... trust me guys will be looking at Ur Az...zz anyway ... hopefully  from behind while U leave them in the DUST   Grrrrrl........
