3 month post op visit....

Had my three month visit this morning at the surgeon's office. Kind of excited since I haven't taken my measurements since before my surgery.

Starting weight: 218
Weight today: 172
Total Lost 46 pound. Yay!!
Bod Pod anaysis 36# fat loss, 10# Fat Free Weight loss.
BMI 30.6
Fat% 41.2 .....acceptable is 23-34%

Neck          13.5                                13
Chest        44                                    40
Waist         41                                    33
Hips           47                                    41

That's 18.5 inches lost just with those four areas.

Overall I am pretty darn happy with my RNY decision!! I'll try to get some photos this weekend of my progress.

It's been slow and steady...2-3 pounds a week. Hard to believe that I am now at the halfway mark. I know the next 46 will take longer to come off, but I am ok with that. I am finally starting to notice some changes....besides developing my own "batwings" that will enable me to leap off of tall buildings and take flight! I need a little more....
