ALL my stuff arrived today and I've spent the evening opening boxes and figuring out what to do with it all.  My pile of "get rid of" is bigger than my keep pile!

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

That's a big job Jody.  Do you have help?

DD wants to get a big dumpster and go through her boxes before she moves them.  She hates junk and useless stuff.   They have been with us for 3 years and I know they have out grown or aged the clothes they have packed away.  She figues that if she hasn't used it in 3 years she probably doesn't need it.  Other than their kitchen and Christmas stuff, I can't figure out what is in all of those boxes.

Didn't get all my protein in this day. I was teaching new graduate RNs in a clinical simulation all day. I brought my lunch because I figured most people would order out unhealthy. I was right about that. What I didn't  count on was being so busy I couldn't have my between meal protein drinks. I was lucky to get lunch at all. Luckily most days aren't like this. Thanks for asking.

got my summer clothes out and the capris actually fit better this year than they did at the end of the summer last year! What a nice feeling to not really be worried that everything was gonna be too little like pre WLS.

That's great!  I does feel good doesn't it!

I'm guessing mine will fit I just need to find the time to go through everything.  We leave for FL the end of next month so I'll be forced to get moving soon.

I need to buy some twisted cherry since summer is coming...YUM!
