Fun day -- battery died in my car and I was on my way to meet DH to take our DD to the dr. Lots of running around and now I have a new battery and extremely shakey engine. Running too rough. So tomorrow she's getting a full check up!

B. crystal sky syntrax nectar -- do not recommend it is yuk. Smurf blue and tastes horrid. I tried some grape propel mix in it. Nope! I think this one is being returned.

Oh Meg, sorry about the car problems.  Not a fun way to start a day.

I hated the crystal sky also, but have a friend that liked it.  Luckily I only purchased the samples from Vitalady.

I love the new laughing cow lite cream cheese wedges - have you tried the cinnamon? 

Great start with 87 grams of protein.

Hi Linda,

I so forgot until just this minute about starting the thread today. I had to drive my hour commute into the office and hit the ground running.

I will post my foods later, still have much to do.

You have to drive an hour to work?  Is the traffic bad or it is just the distance?

Hi Linda,

A bit of both. It's a 45 mile drive each way. Depending on the time I walk out the door it can be an hour, I try to walk out the door at 6AM. But in the evening its longer because of traffic volume. I go to the office twice a week.
