Thanks! I am trying really hard to beat the carb monster this week and get back on track. It feels like a full time job right now because I was so out of practice. But it feels good to be doing the right thing and I am hopeful that I can get at least 15 lbs off.
I made myself a 3 yr appt. with my surgeon for complete labs and as motivation to not have to do the regain walk of shame :)

Spent the day packing the trailer, washing carriages and harness and packing food stuff, and cooking for the weekend. I'm making a trifle for the dinner Friday night and can't decide how much to do ahead. i have the cake made but don't know if I will do the pudding and put it in a bag or wait until I get there. There is a strawberry place on the way so I will get the berries on the way.
