Okay, so I got my Snytrax samples in from Vitalady yesterday (Twisted Cherry, Fuzzy Navel, Roadside Lemonade and Lemon Tea). . . .but I don't know how much to use!

On the front of the bag it says 1 serving is 1 1/2 scoop and on the back it says 1 serving is 1/4 scoop. . . . . . .what size scooper, like a coffee scooper? And which measurement, 1 1/2 or 1/4 scoop?  Does that translate into tablespoons?  Into how much water?  It also says 1/4 scoop equals 6 gm protein. . . does that sound right to you?

Help, I'm confused!!!!

Thanks in advance!

One bag equal one serving for those...at least that is what I saw her do and what she told me to do...

Technically the serving size is smaller than the bag but just use the bag and don't strain the brain, :)

Oh wow, really?!?!?  That seems like a lot of powder for one drink!!!!  Do you know much water I mix that with?  It seems like way too much for just a 16 or 20 oz water bottle?

LoL. . .major brain straining going on over here. . .making myself drool lol

I used a blender bottle and added enough water or creamer to cover the wire...dh says that equals 8 oz.

Actually, I saw Michelle (vitalady) use the same size serving in small 12 oz water bottles...she would pour the powder in dry bottles...and when ready for one, just add water and shake. Since the powder takes up some room, she was adding about 8-10 oz of water to those bottles.

Oh wow, okay, I have a blender bottle, so I think I will try that, it's big enough for the packet of powder and a water bottle so I should have plenty of room to mix it.  Guess I will start off with half a bottle of water and adjust it from there.

You are a lifesaver, thanks again!  Now I can give my poor brain cells (the ones I have left anyway) a break

 Heck - you confused me!

The sample is meant to be considered a serving.  When you get the tub of the flavor you like, it will have the scoop in it and the measurements on the tub.

LoL. . .sorry about that, been trying to figure it out as you can see, but wasn't making any progress!

Okay, that makes sense about the tub and scoop. . .these baggies just seem to really have a lot of powder in them, and it doesn't say how much water to mix it with.  I don't think it is supposed to be this difficult lol

Let us know what you think about them.  Everyone has their own personal tastes.  Sometimes I drink my Lemon Tea plain and sometimes I add a little crystal lite.  I loved the twisted cherry but if I had cherry to my Lemon Tea it's pretty much the same thing.

Roz,

I will definitely let you know if I like them or not.  I am hoping I do as it would be a nice change from the chocolate and vanilla RTD shakes.

I'm not much for lemonaid or cherry but I do fuzzy navel and lemon tea and my new favorite, caribbean cooler. I use .5 to 1 scoop, which is about 1/3c (just measured my scoop) in 36 oz of water with a tube of crystal light. 1 scoop (1/3c) is 24g of protein. If you mix in a smaller amount of water with a spoon, you don't get foam like you do in a blender bottle. I like getting a lot of my fluid in at the same time I'm getting my protein.
