Best way to track protein?
What is your preferred method. . .pen and paper, phone app, computer app? (If phone or computer app, which one do you use?)
Where do you get your information from if it is not on the packaging?
I am trying to find the most accurate method to track my protein, and one that is also fairly easy. . .
Thanks!

I put what I eat in Excel at the end of the day so it auto sums everything and I then I post on here. Nothing sophisticated for me I'm afraid.

I used the app on this site. I added in a few things that weren't there but otherwise, it was pretty easy.

I'm using myfitnesspal for everything. I like it a lot better than previous tracking methods I tried. It has a pretty big database to search foods, I've never had a problem finding anything.
Okay, great, thank you all! I will check out the tracker here on OH (didn't even realize there was one lol) and My Fitness Pal
