Hey All,

I have scheduled my 9 month check up for next week.  I am sure I will see some vitamin deficiencies.  I have been feel really sluggish for the past few weeks... not sure what is off... but something is off...

Very hydrated and protein intake is still really good... still dropping lbs and inches... slowly... but still in the downward direction...

Getting in what I "think" is a good vitamin schedule... (rarely miss a dose)... still...

But you know when you just don't feel optimal.. Of course I did just go through a big life change (not WLS) but we just bought a new home and moved into it... still unpacking too...

IDK... just not feeling "right".

Could be the "change of life".. it has been over a year now since I had a period... yikes...

Yep, see what your labs are and adjust if needed.  I would suspect D but that's because when my D came up, I started feeling better.

Can't help with the "change" thing.  I had a hysterictomy years ago and woke up with hot flashes.  Don't know what a normal one would be like.

Hope all you need is some minor adjustments in your vitamins.  Low D makes you not feel good, but so do lots of others including iron.

It has been a long time since I went through the change, but I don't remember feeling tired, just very very hot!!
