At what numbers is someone considered a lightweight?

The traditional thought is 35-40 BMI in the US. Overseas it could be 30 BMI to 40 or so. I'll post the lightweight creed and you can see how this group sees it. Numbers really aren't that big a deal, if you like it here you're welcome to stay. : )
