Roz is off with her DH at a company picnic today and ask me to get us started.  Hope you are all having a great weekend so far.  It is raining on and off here.  I have a 5K glow run I am signed up for tonight if the storms hold off.

L:  Jalopeno Poppers, Ranch Chicken Wings
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Turnips, Bacon, maybe part of a cornbread muffin

Water/Fluids:  50 ozs so far
Miles:  None yet - hopefully 3.2 miles later

So this is for yesterday.  I never got to the computer last night and was gone all day.  We had a carriage club meeting.

decaf protein coffee  33g

fried chicken, bean salad, key lime pie (yikes)

burger patty, bean salad, green beans
protein shake  33g

I know how you feel Price, some days are over before I know what has happened!

Looks good, except maybe the fried chicken & key lime pie, but all things in moderation.  I bet you didn't have much of the key lime pie or it was not very sweet one.

Thanks Linda!!!   Even though it rained almost all day we had a blast with all of girls and grandkids.  I was driving so my Beth sent the message  for me.  I told her if anything ever happens to me she has to let you know because I don't want all my LW friends to reading it on FB. 

Glad you had fun with your family.  I bet your phone has that Siri thing on it like mine does where you can talk to it and it will do your message for you.  Unfortunately, I have such an accent she can't understand anything I am saying-LOL!!
