If I wanted to add protein to my hot coffee or hot tea, which brand of protein should I use? Looking for a protein

powder that will not float to the top. Looking for one that will mix well in hot liquids. Thanks!!

Welcome to our LW Board!  I'm sorry I can't help you with that one but I know there are others who can.  With it being a Holiday they might not be posting today.

I use Unflavored in my Hot Chocolate.  I heat 1/2 cup of water, mix the unflavored or Chocolate in water and mix.  Once they are mixed up then I heat it a little more.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

the trick is to mix the protein in warm water or into milk THEN add to the hot coffee.  I don't think you can mix any straight into the coffee.  I use syntrax, usually mint cookie or vanilla, and mix 1.5 scoop into about 2/3 c of warm water then use that to "cream" my decaf.

Like Price S. said. I thought I was going to have to give up my morning coffee but with a little experimenting I've been able to add protein to my coffee even a Starbucks or Peets. I too mix the protein with a little milk or water first and then add the hot coffee stirring while I'm pouring. It does cool it a bit but I'll try warming it in the microwave a bit after. Be careful though because if it's too hot the protein with clump.

I like the Syntrax Vanilla Bean Torte for a cup of regular coffee. Just a little vanilla sweetness. I also have the unflavored which I've added to Starbucks or Peets with success.

Carpe Diem!
