No loss but no gain. I'm not ready to post my numbers. I've berated myself this week because of my regain and the fact I never got to my goal. It's been 8 years since my surgery so I've had plenty of time.
I plan to join a gym this week. The stepper, the bike and a few other exercise tools don't seem to get me moving at home. There are also several walking videos but I never give them a thought until I'm dusting the cabinet where they lie.

staying the same is OK!!!! This is hard and anyone who thinks it isn't is lying to themselves or crazy.
Last week 135.4
This week 136.9
Been wondering if the Diet Coke is causing some of this...so...out it goes! Down to 135.6 this morning just cutting that out! Go figure!
I do drink crystal light but I think I have only had 2 sodas in the 7 years since surgery. Never was big on them anyway. I know there is all kind of bad press on artificial sweetners but they are even in my protein so I don't know how I would ever get rid of them.
All I know is that ever since I added my Cokes back to my daily routine I have been gaining! The doctor told me that I needed some caffeine to help the dizziness and that it would be OK to have one a day. I was so excited because I do love them! But...I am not happy about the steady increase in weight! Granted it's not but 5 pounds, but I do not want to start that slippery slope.
My blackberries have been great but I really think of them as very healthy. The peaches in SC were wonderful too. I am not a huge fruit eater but when it is really good in season, I have to eat it.
