Last week when I got home 131
today 133
So having ice cream last night for supper probably didn't help but I pretty immediately went up from that 131 so maybe it was just a bounce.

I should be back for weekly weigh-ins, finally. I spent the end of June and most of July out of town, so no access to a reliable scale. (My sister's scale was a lying b*%#h!)

Not too happy with this gain...but the new internist says it's a "lovely" weight!! Got some new meds and back to the gym in the morning (yes...I'm meeting someone there, so I'll have to go!) Have a great week all!
5'5" 64 year old; HW 219; SW 199; CW 129; GW 145ish (original)...now on to "ideal" (138)...got that...now a few spare (132)...got that one, too! Now for the 120's!! Made them...now for the "dream" weight...125! Well, that one's proving to be a little tougher!

My friend stood me up...but I still went...first time in months (probably shouldn't admit that!!) Not so sure it's a bounce as much as a trend...and not a good one. Hope you have a great day!
