Working on it. I have to buy a scale for aiken because it is way too easy to believe that I am doing ok when I really am not.
So good to see you again. 3 lbs in a week is great at our stage of the game. I made a pot of soup and think maybe I can use that to help get back on track. REGAIN sucks

I am a little disappointed. But I did not lose any thing for 5 days so to end the week with a two pound loss is a win!

We do get used to the big losses in the beginning and it is hard when we start slowing down. There is an estimator on this site that was very encouraging to me when I was losing. Even when I was slow, I was right about where it said I would be. 2# is great. Just keep on keeping on.
