November 17- today

I've lost 20 lbs being back on track. It's so good to have lost such a large amount of weight so quickly. It's so nice to still have the restriction and I'm not craving the carbs, i'm not hungry and I'm doing  it. I'm so proud of myself. This time is so much easier because my husband is doing it with me. It's so hard doing it by yourself when everyone around you is eating whatever they want, usually bad stuff. I'm thankful for my husband and thankful for my restriction. It's so nice to have the physical and emotional support. My husband has not had surgery and he has lost around 30 lbs He's doing so well I'm so proud of him. I couldn't do this without him.

That's so wonderful! I haven't had surgery yet but it's nice to hear that others can actually get back on track after losing focus on their weight. which surgery did you have?

I had vsg almost 4 yrs ago.

Good for you.  I haven't done well this Christmas season as far as food.  I made too many treats and consumed way too much. 

I'm ready to get back to healthy eating.
