6 month monitored weight loss program, required for my insurance to cover VSG surgery. Making diet changes and increasing my daily amount of physical activity
following plan recommended by Dietitian
Follow the diet plan my nutritionist laid out and get 30 min of cardio at least 3 times per week
I have gone on the protein shake diet the surgeon's office suggested
I would like to lose 20 pounds before anticipated surgery date of early July 2013.
Had my appoitment on 10/13/10 time to get serious!!
I weigh 318 pounds. I want to be below 300 by my surgery.
