To stop smoking and do all that is necessary to have gastric bypass surgery

if i can ever find a dr to do this surgery, my goal is to put down the smokes and live life healthy.

Have stopped smoking, am switching to decaf. I will do this

THIS IS AN 18 YR HABIT. IF I CAN QUIT I CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING.

ive cut down alot on smoking. Ive smoked for many years but I need to and want to stop for surgery.

Stopping smoking is going to be a rough road, however I am determined to become healthier!
