Pray everyday, study, but most of all pray. also stick to my pre-op diet.
Get as much information as possible to know what I need to do and not do as well as stay committed to eating properly and drinking plenty of water.

I am very nervous to undergo my vsg procedure but am focusing on a positive outcome.
Eating enough protein and drinking enough fluids until I am able to finally eat solids. This has been a huge struggle so far.
My surgery is scheduled and I have been on a liquid diet. My goal is to make it to Tijuana safe and sound and back home with my new sleeve. I plan to accomplish this by adhering to my diet and finding a stress reliever to keep me busy .
I will trust that my surgical team has the tools necessary to transition me safely from pre-op to post-op gastric bypass patient.
