Paperwork to insurance hopefully by 10/31!
i've done all my steps and all the papers are being sent to the doctor so i can apply
just a psych exam and 20 pounds away!
Surgery is officially scheduled for Tuesday, April 20th!!! Yay!!!
I am tentatively scheduled for surgery on 8/13/12.

OMG - I've got my date! March 12th LapBand surgery - here I come! I'm excited and nervous!
Oh, my gosh! I just got my aproval letter yesterday. I am so excited!
Done! 8/26/09! WOO HOO!
